“Save place to stay the night”

We found this place on our roadtrip through the USA on the way to Sequaria National Park/ King's Canyon. We arrived at night. Parc Manager was very friendly and kind. The RV Park is next to the 180. Don't miss the entrance at night! First it is a little bit noisy, but it reduces at night. Some permant visitors. All places with full hockup. Naturally enviroment and a nice playground for the kids. A special thanks to the manager for his kindness!

“Run down”

Impression was its a rundown park, a number of old RVs that look permanent. There was somebody in a tent. The sites did not seen clearly marked, they were dirt and grass, not paved or gravel. Not sure where the electric was or numbers. No one answered the phone or allowed a message. Phone message just gave the address. We took a look but did not stay.
Dear MinnesotaRver, Sorry to hear about your experience in 2015. Riverbend RV park today is a different place. We purchased Riverbend Mobile Home and RV park in February 2017 based on the great potential we knew this park had. We have since made significant investment of time and money to create a beautiful campground for both overnighters (as we love to go camping with our three young kids) and residents. Our goal for Riverbend to become a desired destination for campers as well as those who seek residence along the beautiful Kings River at the entrance to the Kings and Sequoia National Parks. Our hope is that you, your family and friends will give our park another chance some day soon. Respectfully, Riverbend

“Nice, spacious spot”

When we arrived, the office was closed. We could pick our spot ourselves and put the money in an envelope($30, full hook-up, back in). Our spot was fine, with view at a playground. Quiet, with the birds singing. In the early evening we heard the road in the background, but later that quiet down. There was a small stream behind us. It looked like there were some seasonal units.
The shower was a whole bathroom, a bit out of date, but otherwise it was fine.
