“Not great.”

At first this place seemed nice and affordable but after our first month our electric bill was over $200! This being our first time RVing we had no way to check the accuracy of the meter. Since then we've heard from multiple sources that this resort actually installs faulty meters in order to overcharge customers! Spaces here are pretty close together and several sites are rented out with trailer included, these are old run down trailers and the people that rented the one next ours were heavy smokers. Their picnic table was literally right next to our vent causing our brand new trailer smell like smoke! The stream is basically sewage, not safe for people or pets. Our dog and other Camper's dogs got sick from drinking the water. This place seems nice, it's not corporate owned but beware of the pitfalls.

“Beautiful place Great facilities”

Beautifully built amongst the natural boulders around a killer windwill. Great pool, spa, laundry and rec area (pool and ping pong). Great wifi (free only for first 24 hours) I'm a traveling professional so one night is typically all i stay, but this is one i would like to visit and get to enjoy for an extended time.

“Pretty nice and quiet park”

Very nice gravel sites with concrete patios. Nice location... close to I-8 freeway, but far enough away to be very quiet. I particularly liked to "short-term sites" toward the back of the park. You can only stay there for a month.

It has a great pet area across the river, which is also a disc golf course.

My negatives... mostly back-in spaces, only local cable TV, and WiFi is an extra charge.
