“One of our top ten parks over 35 years of rv'ing ”

10 minutes off freeway. Past new super Walmart and farmland. Large grassy areas right on Columbia River. Fishing. Europa cruise ship ghosted on by today. Modest gravel sites. Overall, clean, orderly, beautiful, peaceful, smaller older park with grand vistas. Our second time in 3 years and we were welcomed in courteous efficient manner over phone and at check-in each time. Good DVD and book library for rainy days. Good internet. We planned our overnight stay here on weekends to slip thru Portland or Seattle in times of lighter traffic. This will continue to be a regular stop. Several of bad posts seem to be dated the same day and 2 had similar wording. I bet there is another side of the story!

“Top RV site”

One of the best RV parks we have stayed at. Great people and unbeatable view of the Columbia River. We will be back when we are in the area.
Stayed: 04/01/17 to 04/03/17

Do not stay here. Owners are extremely rude. Don't know how this place is still in business. Don't even consider staying here. Seriously, anywhere but here. Terrible.

“Great Park and Accommodating Staff”

One of the best RV Parks we've stayed at and we travel about 6 months a year. The grounds are well kept and the sites are large. River view sites are worth the premium price. During our stay (peak season) the park was full and we wanted to extend our stay three nights, the staff figured out a way to accommodate us.

Park rules are explained in detail but are no different than other parks. The only downside is that some sites the utilities are all the way at the back and requires a sewer hose extension.

We stayed in a motorhome, most sites get sitelilite and for an RV Park wifi is good. Didn't use the laundry, restrooms or pool.
Stayed: 07/25/16 to 07/26/16

“Nice and clean”

Nice place, very clean and in order.
Might be due to "Too many rules" ....

“Beautiful place”

One of the nicest we've encountered. No issues. Dogs have to be on leashes but other than that very nice rv park. No crazy rules issues commented on previous posts. Right on the river and you can watch sailboats and ships pass.

“Good park”

Level gravel sites with paved roads. Great views of the Columbia River. Have large expanse of lawn on River with benches and fire rings. Facilities are clean which is a big deal for us.
There are lots of rules, but hey, when followed, there are no problems. I hate it when you see people do things thinking that the rules weren't meant for their kid or their dog. When you're in a business a long time you see everything, so they cover their bases in advance. Don't want to play by their rules, stay elsewhere.
Enjoying our stay and would stay here again, no prob.

“Wonderful Place!!! Very quiet, optimal views and great location”

Thinking about coming back for an entire month. Very quiet, right on the river, with a very large area for accessing the water, for fishing, boating, or whatever.

“The worst!”

The other reviews must have been written by employees or owner! Upon check in we tried using our Good Sam card and the extremely rude woman behind the counter said it was no good because no date was on card! Really?! We have been using this same card for months with no problem. It was late so we decided to stay one night instead of three... Wasn't the money but the worst attitude of these people. If you have kids or pets DONOT stay here!! Way to many other places you are welcomed... How they stay in business is beyond us. If you break any of they many rules you get a lashing and a warning. 2 rule broken and you are out in 30 minutes!! No refund if paid in advance. Owner will sit and make sure you do. To go beyond your 30. He may be quite elderly but no excuse for treating guests so badly. We travel all over in our 40x and have never experienced anything like these people. Check other reviews. Way too many other local places to stay that actually welcome you with open arms and a pleasure to stay at. Happy travels!

“The worst!”

If you have children or pets STAY AWAY! If you break one of their many rules you will get a severe lashing from the owner! Just because he is quite elderly is mo reason to treat their guests like they are trash. If you break a rule twice (or anyone in your party ) you are given exactly 30 minutes to remove yourself from the park. No matter how far out you have paid and no refunds mo exception.
We have been traveling the country and have never experienced anything like it. Too many other places to stay in the area!! You think it can't be that bad? It's worst! From when you check in till you check out...tried using our Good Sam card and she said no good there because no date on card. Really? We have been using this card for months! What a scam. . Read the other reviews out there!

“Great spot”

Well maintained, with easy access from I-5. Great views of the Columbia from this beachfront property. Some of the spots are tight for a big rig, but do-able.

Beautiful RV park. Well kept, quiet and the views are awesome.
Yes they have rules and glad that they do!

“Beautiful place”

We have been RVing here for several years. Great place.

Heard questionable things. Yes they have rules but views and quiet. Will worth the stay and would do it again

“Great park”

The park is clean. Has free wifi but limited use due to sharing. Free cable. Swimming pool. Great view of river and ships passing by. Ladies bathroom is brand new but working on one shower stall. Mens bathroom is useable but under construction. We will be returning.
